Seeking to improve consistency, quality and productivity the client commissioned IdeatoLife to produce a series of custom drilling fixtures for finish custom aluminium profiles.

The fixtures are designed to be fully adjustable, improve safety and guarantee consistent quality. A combination of COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf), MOTS (modified-off-the-shelf), machined and additively manufactured parts streamlined the process, producing tested models in days.
